How do I turn a message into an order?
Share a message screenshot into LoopEraSell or capture it with the camera. On-device OCR drafts the order — you review, match products, and save.
Can I add an order without a screenshot?
Yes. Enter the order yourself or use in-store quick sale. A screenshot is optional.
Does the app send messages for me?
No. Ready replies are for you to copy or share. The app does not send messages automatically.
Does LoopEraSell connect to social apps?
No. There is no official platform connection. You share a message screenshot from your phone, or capture it in the app. LoopEraSell is not a partner of those apps.
Do I need a computer or extra stock software?
No. Catalog, variants, stock, customers, and follow-up run on the phone. Excel import and export is optional.
Can I track suppliers?
Yes. Supplier records and supplier orders are in the app. Excel import and export for suppliers is available on some plans.
Where is my business data stored?
Orders, customers, and products stay on your device by default. Firebase is used for account and subscription checks. Details are in the privacy policy.
If I change phones, do I lose my data?
Data stays on the phone, not in the cloud. Create an encrypted .looperasell backup and restore it on the new device.
Can I try it free?
Yes. You can try up to 50 orders at no charge. You do not need a card to start.
What happens after the 50 free orders?
Then you choose Silver, Gold, or Platinum. Monthly order quota and features vary by plan. Prices for your country are in the app and on Google Play.
How does payment for the app work?
Subscriptions are billed through Google Play. The price you see in the store listing is the one for your country.
Which languages does the app support?
English, Türkçe, Deutsch, Français, Español, Italiano, Português, and Bahasa Indonesia.
Is it available on iPhone?
Google Play (Android) is available now. App Store coming soon.
